Positive: To say I only paid £40 per night for an upgraded double room, the facilities were so good for the money I spent. Staff were very lovely
Negative: I had to complain a couple times about things being broken in the room; TV, bathroom light, wardrobe, etc. Pretty much everything was fixed within the day I reported it, but I still shouldn’t be paying for a room where things don’t work. Also had to deal with quite a bit of noise from other guests
